Gardner Capital is seeking a well qualified Office Manager to support our corporate office in St. Louis, MO. Gardner Capital is an Affordable Housing and Solar developer, investor and tax credit syndicator with a nationwide presence. The Office Manager will primarily greet visitors and callers and support the corporate administrative team in a variety of other tasks.
Applicant will start on a temporary basis, with opportunity to transition to permanent full-time or part-time.
Job Duties
- Manage office supplies and orderliness
- Answer phones
- Greet clients and visitors
- Direct callers and visitors to the appropriate individual/department
- Run errands
- Manage filing systems
- Assist in other office management and administrative tasks

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including internal staff and external partners
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
Experience / Education
- Experience and interest in internal and external communication, affordable housing, and renewable energy are all preferred
- Resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe and SharePoint preferred
- Detail-oriented
