Gardner Capital Welcomes Sierra Stream as Syndication Asset Manager
ST. LOUIS, Thursday, November 8, 2018 – Gardner Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm specializing in multifamily housing and solar energy development and investment, announced on Monday Sierra Stream’s hire as the company’s new Syndication Asset Manager. Sierra will manage all financial reporting, due diligence and compliance for a portfolio of Gardner Capital’s existing state Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets.
Sierra brings more than three years of real estate asset management experience to Gardner Capital in various markets, including portfolio management, financial analysis, LIHTC compliance, disposition analysis, and reporting. Most recently, Sierra served in a similar role in the affordable housing industry.
