Gardner Capital Announces New Leadership Position – Brad Fisher – Senior Vice President – Development Operations

Brad Fisher, Senior Vice President of Operations and Development

DALLAS, Wednesday, December 11, 2019 – Gardner Capital, a Dallas and St. Louis based private equity firm specializing in multifamily housing and renewable energy development and investment, formally announced that Brad Fisher has been promoted to its new leadership position of senior vice president of operations and development, where he will oversee the company’s national housing development, construction and strategic planning operations.

Previously, Fisher served as vice president of acquisitions, development and design for the private equity firm’s South region, leading development and investments for new multi-family projects in the affordable housing sector. Prior to joining Gardner Capital, he was vice president for The Michaels Development Company, responsible for developing mixed-finance projects across five states. A registered architect in Missouri, Fisher has two decades of experience working in architecture, real estate development and construction.

Fisher entered the multi-family housing industry as an architect with Rosemann & Associates, PC in Kansas City after earning his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He created Gardner Capital’s development and construction standards.
