ST. LOUIS, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 – Gardner Capital has appointed Corey Grab as Director of Construction Risk Management. Corey will assess and manage construction costs and risks for Gardner Capital’s housing developments.

Corey has over twenty-five years of construction management experience. Most recently, he was Assistant Vice President of Construction Risk Management at US Bank Community Development Corporation, where he led a team of specialists, mitigating construction risks for various housing and commercial projects.
Grab holds a M.C. in Construction Contracts and Project Management from Villanova University, a B.S. in Construction Management from Missouri State University, and a B.S. in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from Maryville University.
