Executive Coordinator
Gardner Capital is seeking a well-qualified, full-time Executive Coordinator to support our Principal, based in St. Louis. Gardner Capital is an Affordable Housing and Solar developer, investor and tax credit syndicator with a nationwide presence. Gardner Capital is now managing and developing more housing and solar deals than ever before, and to accommodate this higher volume, we need extra assistance for our Executive Team. The Executive Coordinator will primarily support the Chief of Staff, Principal and other Executives with strategic planning, meeting & travel logistics, and other administrative duties for the Principal.
Job Duties
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Principal:
- Managing active calendar of appointments
- Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Works closely with Chief of Staff and other Admins to keep Executives well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Organizes travel and event logistics for Gardner Capital’s presence at affordable housing and solar industry conferences and trade shows
- Prioritizes conflicting needs – handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadlines
- Manages office projects
- Assists other departments as needed, including HR, public relations, IT, etc.
- Reports timely and accurately to Chief of Staff and other Executives

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including internal staff and external partners

Experience / Education
- Prior Administrative experience preferred
- Experience and interest in internal and external communication, affordable housing, and renewable energy are all preferred
- Resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe and SharePoint preferred
- Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
