Position:

Syndication Analyst

Overview

Under the direction of a Senior Manager, the Analyst will primarily aid the Syndication process related to real estate investments financed with federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

Skill Requirements

      • Generating and maintaining various internal reports and spreadsheets
      • Preparing and updating real estate investment projections
      • Assistance with Letter of Intent process
      • Assistance with other projects as necessary, based upon the needs of the company

Preferred Skills/Experience

      • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Public Policy or Urban Studies
      • Motivated and detail-oriented
      • Experience in financial modeling is required
      • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and financial spreadsheets
      • Highly organized with effective analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
      • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Prior experience in LIHTC program, commercial lending, commercial real estate and/or multifamily housing a plus.  At least 1 year preferred.
