Gardner Capital, a family-owned private equity firm specializing in affordable housing and solar development, is pleased to announce the groundbreaking on its first multifamily housing development in Cincinnati, Ohio – Roselawn Senior Housing. When finished, the development will provide housing for 50 residences for seniors in Roselawn, a suburb of Greater Cincinnati.

Roselawn Senior Housing’s location , near the intersection of Reading Road and Losantiville Avenue in Roselawn, was carefully chosen with the aim of providing seniors with quick, easy access to various nearby health care and social service providers, public transportation and other essential amenities. In addition, the project will provide onsite management, supportive services, programming and ample community space. Also, using state-of-the-art construction techniques, the building will be highly energy-efficient and will achieve a LEED Silver certification when finished.

“We’re pleased to collaborate with our many partners to provide quality, affordable housing for seniors in Bond Hill. In particular, we would like to thank Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Stratford Capital Group, Fifth Third Bank, City of Cincinnati, ARCO Construction, City Studios Architecture, Wallick Communities, Roselawn Business Alliance and Greater Cincinnati Redevelopment Authority for their work. We look forward to working with them on future multifamily housing developments in Ohio and across the country,” said Michael Gardner, CEO & President, Gardner Capital.
