William (“Bill”) Ulm joined Gardner Capital as senior vice president of business developement in January 2014. He has more than over 30 years experience in all facets of commercial and multi-family real estate transactions. Prior to joining Gardner, Ulm was the director of rental production for the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC), responsible for recommending the allocation of low-income housing tax credits, home funds and program funds for the state of Missouri.
Ulm has also served as chief financial officer for a full-service real estate construction and development company, as executive vice president for a real estate development and syndication company, and as vice president/commercial relationship manager with US Bank specializing in community development lending for tax credit transactions. He has also been a featured speaker at numerous tax credit conferences.
Ulm earned degrees in both accounting and economics from St. Louis University.Back to Team >>
