Corey Grab directs Gardner Capital’s Construction Risk Management group, which monitors construction compliance and quality control for all of Gardner Capital’s multifamily housing developments. Corey has over 25 years’ experience in many facets of construction including heavy construction, real estate housing development, Department of Defense and, specialty contracts. The last seven years has been concentrated in various affordable and market rate multi-family investments including new construction, rehab, gut rehab, CapX, adaptive re-use, mixed use, and historic projects throughout the United States. These projects range from single building to multiple, master re-development plans, and urban infill sites encompassing projects consisting from 30-units to over 500-units including typical apartment stack to garden style, townhome to high rise with budgets ranging from $5MM to $130+MM in LIHTC, LIHTC/HTC, and NMTC/HTC investments.
Corey holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Missouri State, a B.S. in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from Maryville University and, an M.C. in Construction Contracts Management and, Project Management from Villanova.Back to Team >>
