Gardner Capital Construction
Gardner Capital Construction Texas was established in 2015 to expand Gardner Capital’s overall footprint in the area of real estate development and to establish a vertically integrated development structure. In 2016 Gardner Construction’s Texas operations processed over $20,000,000 in construction activity and competed two properties. For 2017 there are three projects currently under construction accounting for $27,000,000 in volume and four more projects scheduled for late May and June starts with combined contract values of an additional $41,000,000.
