However, we believe our greatest strength is in evaluating risk. We are located in Missouri and as such are “on the ground” in Missouri and understand the State of Missouri. We know the developers and we understand the markets in a manner and depth that is simply not possible for a company located on either coast. If a question arises, we can be anywhere in the state in an hour. We don’t pay an annual visit to this market; we’re here every day of the year. As such, we feel we are in the best position to evaluate developments in the State of Missouri.
