Frequently, we have been able to accomplish both objectives by sponsoring affordable historic projects. We are recognized as a leader in the development and financing of affordable historic developments.

While we are a comparatively small privately held company, we have the highest ratio of professionals with advanced degrees of any company in the industry. Our president is also our general counsel. Additionally, we have an in-house associate general counsel. Our relative size typically necessitates a hands-on review by each member of our staff. As a result, many aspects of a project will be subjected to an in house review by members of our in-house legal staff, in addition to outside counsel.
